Not completely satisfied with your CBD product purchase? No problem! We fully stand behind our products and will do everything we can to help you get great results.

However, if for whatever reason, you are still not happy, we will give you a full refund with no questions asked. Even if the time frame falls outside of the 30 days after placing the order, do contact us. We want to help you find a suitable resolution to your issue and have a great experience with us either way.

In case the product gets damaged during shipping, we are happy to send you a new product that is the exact same as what you ordered. All claims for damaged products must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to info@icaria.co. You will need to provide detailed information including photo proof.

Refunds will not be given in the following cases:

  • Problems with the ingredients (aside from unexpected reactions) as they are listed on every product page for all customers to view
  • Interactions with medications as it is the responsibility of the customer to research or consult with their healthcare provider
