Can I cancel my subscription to the Rewards Program?
Being part of the Rewards Program is completely free. It won’t generate any additional costs and, because it’s linked to your ICARIA customer account, if you delete your profile, you will cease to be part of the program.
We created our Rewards Program as a way to give back some of the support we get from all of you. It acts as your very own gift shop: accumulating points and redeeming them is totally up to you!
If I subscribe to the newsletter, am I part of the Rewards Program?
No, they are two separate things. Subscribing to our newsletter is a way to obtain different kinds of benefits: you get to know about our brand’s launches and sales before others and get exclusive discounts. We strongly suggest you subscribe!
On the other hand, our Rewards Program works as a cashback option. You will get points for every purchase and you can redeem your points for any of the gifts you’ll have at your disposal in your account space.
What if it doesn’t work and I don’t get my points?
No need to worry. If you have created an account and you place an order or take any action that should earn you points but don’t see them reflected in your Point Balance, you can let us know at info@icaria.co and, after verification, we will proceed to manually adjust your points.
Do points expire?
Yes, but you will get a reminder letting you know when your points are about to expire.
If I sign up, can I get points for my past purchases?
No, none of the purchases done or actions taken before signing up to our Rewards Program will earn you points. For this reason, we always remind our customers to make sure they are signed up or logged in at checkout.
