Raspberry Mojito
A refreshing twist on a classic!
Ingredients
-15 mint leaves
-lime juice
-raw sugar
-raspberry lemonade
-sparkling water
-5-10 drops CBD oil
-ice cubes
-raspberries
Instructions
Place the mint leaves in the bottom of a tall glass. Gently muddle the mint with a blunt object to release the flavour. Add the lime juice and raw sugar to taste. Add a handful of ice cubes. Top with raspberry lemonade and sparkling water to taste. Add CBD oil to preference. Garnish with fresh or frozen raspberries and a lime wedge.
Peach Bellini
Beat the heat with a slushie surprise!
Ingredients
-2 ripe peaches
-1 cup apple juice
-lime juice
-raw sugar
-5-10 drops CBD oil
-sparkling water
-ice cubes
Instructions
Place sliced peaches in the freezer for 1 hour. Combine peaches, apple juice, raw sugar, a handful of ice cubes, sparkling water, and lime juice to taste in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and add a little more sparkling water and apple juice. Add CBD oil to preference. Garnish with a peach slice.
Blueberry Mule
A fruity twist on an old favourite!
Ingredients
-1 cup fresh blueberries
-1 heaping tablespoon grated ginger
-raw sugar
-mint leaves
-sparkling water
-5-10 drops CBD oil
-ice cubes
Instructions
Add 1 litre water, blueberries, and grated ginger to a pan on medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Once the mixture starts boiling, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves. Lower heat and mash the blueberries and let the mixture simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Remove the syrup from heat, cover with plastic wrap, and allow it to cool for 2-3 hours to room temperature so the flavour soaks in. Strain the syrup into a bowl and refrigerate until ready to use. To serve, fill ⅔ of the glass with syrup and add ice cubes. Top with lemon-lime sparkling water and stir. Add CBD oil to preference. Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves.
Kombucha Spritz
A little sparkle without champagne!
Ingredients
-1 cup grapefruit juice
-2 sprigs fresh rosemary leaves
-1 cup unflavoured kombucha
-sparkling water
-5-10 drops CBD oil
-ice cubes
Instructions
Combine grapefruit juice, kombucha, and raw sugar to taste. Stir the mixture well. Fill 2 glasses with ice cubes and pour the drink over top. You can top with a little sparkling water for more bubbles. Add CBD oil to preference. Rub each sprig of rosemary between your hands to help release the oils. Pop a sprig in each glass.
